Introduction

Here to Support Your Growth

Hi, I'm Bill. I understand that starting your career as a therapist can feel overwhelming. Those early days are filled with questions, uncertainty and pressure to "get it right" with every client.

Fortunately, you have support. Clinical supervision helps bridge the gap between training and confidence, and I'm here to help guide you every step of the way.

My approach to supervision is grounded in curiosity, growth and practical advice. I encourage you to ask questions, embrace learning opportunities and admit when you need guidance. Ultimately, I want to help you become the therapist you want to be.

When I'm not in session, you'll find me hiking, kayaking, biking, reading or diving into video games, board games and D&D.

My Specialties

Skills You'll Build Along The Path

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is highly effective with motivated clients who have clear goals and want practical tools for change. I'll help you develop skills in assessment, treatment planning and implementing evidence-based CBT interventions.

Play
Therapy

For clients who struggle to find the right words, play therapy opens new pathways for healing. I'll guide you in using play as a therapeutic tool and help you develop your skills in this specialized area.

Creative and Art-Based Interventions

Sometimes traditional talk therapy isn't enough. I'll help you incorporate creative approaches that feel natural and engaging, expanding your therapeutic toolkit beyond conventional methods.

My Approach

I'm Here To Help You Level Up

Practical, Hands-On Guidance

Supervision isn't just about hitting requirements. It's about gaining the skills to become the therapist you want to be. We'll focus on real cases, practical skills and building clinical judgment that will serve you throughout your career.

A Safe Space for Growth

It's normal to be nervous when starting out. My role is to help you navigate those early challenges while building your confidence and clinical skills. I'm here to guide you and help you avoid the common pitfalls.

Flexible Options

I offer supervision sessions primarily through virtual meetings available on both weekdays and weekends. Individual supervision sessions are $130 per session and dual supervision sessions are $75 per session.

Right Fit

Who I Work With

I'm interested in working with associates who ask questions, think critically about their work, and approach each case with genuine curiosity. The best learning happens when we explore together, examine different perspectives, and discover what works for each unique situation.

We May Be a Good Fit for Supervision If You...

  • Ask Questions: You're naturally curious about your clients, your interventions and your own growth as a therapist.

  • Embrace Learning: You see challenges as opportunities to develop new skills, rather than roadblocks.

  • Seek Creative Approaches: You're interested in expanding beyond traditional talk therapy methods.

  • Want Genuine Support: You're looking for a supervisor who remembers what it's like to be starting out and offers real guidance.

What Makes Our Work Together Effective

My background in both CBT and play therapy means we'll work on building skills across a broad spectrum of therapeutic approaches.

Whether you're working with motivated adults ready for structured change or children who need creative ways to express themselves, I'll help you match your interventions to your clients' needs.

My goal isn't just to help you get your hours, but to help you become the kind of therapist who makes a real difference in people's lives.
